My name is Nora and I have designed a fitness program that breeds confidence and youth in the body and mind.
Whole Body Forte is a unique fitness program that follows the 3 Method. Mind, Movements and Muscle. With my 3Method, you will love the results. The Whole Body program combines dance,self defense, yoga and cardio to bring your physique to it's natural exquisite form.

3Method says:
Mind- WBF programs will train your mind to stablize,focus and prioritize. We will teach you to sync mind with body.
Movements- WBF uses a cluster of different movements to freshen and tone your body. The movements of each program differ depending on the physical ability of the client and their interest.
Muscle- Muscle is the ultimate gift of Whole Body Forte's programs. You will love what we can do with you!
How You Can Get Involved
You can take group fitness classes. You can request personal training. You can join the WBF facebook page and receive updates on techniques related to mind, movement, and muscle.
