Britney put on weight during her pregnancy, but soon after the birth, Britney cut out all the Southern fried food that she was brought up on and instead ate meals full of vegetables and low calorie leafy greens.
The best exercise tip that Britney can give us though, is dancing. Britney's body transforms every time she goes on tour, as her energetic dance routines bounce her back into shape.
She is absolutely correct! Dancing burns calories like maddd and rocks your muscles into model like condition!
